Leadership: Sharing the Vision - Board members do more than just attend meetings -- they devote a significant amount of their own personal time to the district. They attend extracurricular events, participate in professional development opportunities to become better leaders, and work many hours to ensure students have access to educational resources they need to succeed. At our November 13 board meeting, the district celebrated our annual Night of Leadership and thanked our Board Members for their service and dedication to our district and our children! Our Caped Crusaders wore red capes and presented our students with a framed mini-capes to commemorate the occasion. Student government groups from all our schools presented their school’s “Superpower” which explained their building’s framework for cultural competency.
