Invitation for Bids: Contract for Non-Instructional Services Regular Pupil Transportation Services

The Board of Education of Crete-Monee School District 201-U, Will County, Illinois, ("School District" or "Board") is requesting and accepting sealed bids from qualified contractors to provide district wide regular education transportation services as specified in this Invitation for Bids.

Deadline for Submission of Bids: Monday, December 4, 2024, 9:45 AM CST
Bids will be opened publicly at 10:00 AM CST on Monday, December 4, 2024.
Board Review:
Tuesday, December 10, 2024
Board Approval: Tuesday, December 17, 2024

Bids from vendors must be submitted in a sealed envelope on or before the date and time of opening. Bids will NOT be accepted by fax, email, or other transmissions.

Bids received after date and time of opening will be returned to the vendor unopened. We are not responsible for U.S. mail. Postmarks do not validate the bid; we must have sealed envelope in hand before the deadline. If you are going to submit a bid, please make sure that you thoroughly read and follow the bid specifications as outlined. Please also take the time to read carefully the Guidelines outlined on our website.
