INTERVIEW
Applications are reviewed by the hiring manager, and selected candidates are invited to an interview. If necessary, a second interview may be scheduled.
JOB OFFER
The hiring manager completes a recommendation for hire and then submits it to the Department of Personnel and Culture (HR) for final approval. Once approved, HR extends a job offer to the candidate through Frontline Recruiting and Hiring via email.
ONBOARDING
An electronic new hire packet is emailed to the new hire to complete and includes information for fingerprinting and background checks.
BOARD APPROVAL
All candidates must be formally approved for hire at a regularly scheduled District 201-U Board of Education meeting. Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday monthly.
