Marjorie Triche, Administrative Recruiter, has been busy actively attending job fairs and recruiting the latest talent to join the team at Crete-Monee School District 201-U. Last month, Marjorie attended Illinois State University’s job fair along with Math Division Leader, Christina Flores, talking with prospective students about the career opportunities available to them after graduation.
Recently, Marjorie participated in mock interviews with seven education majors at Aurora University. This gave students the opportunity to practice their interviewing skills while receiving constructive criticism for better improvement. Marjorie was able to share her career experiences and provide guidance to each student on their career path. These students are currently working towards their certification in the following areas: special education, early childhood education, elementary, middle school, and secondary education with five students also receiving an English as a Second Language (ESL) endorsement.
