New Student Registration

Welcome to the District 201-U family! New families to the district must register their child by completing a new student online application. Once the application has been submitted, it will be placed on a “Residency Hold” status. The Crete-Monee School District 201-U engages the services of National Investigations, Inc., a third-party firm that specializes in determining the residency of students and families for all applying students in accordance with Illinois School Code 105 5/10-20.12b. National Investigations, Inc. will research the student's residency status to determine if the student is a resident of the Crete-Monee School District 201-U. If National Investigations, Inc. verifies the student as a resident of the Crete-Monee School District 201-U, the student's application will continue to be processed and the Office of Registration will contact you. Please see the FAQs below for information about submitting documents.

New Student Testing

If you are new to the district with students entering Grades 6th-12th, and the students were not enrolled in one of our schools for the 2022-2023 school year, they will be required to take a placement test. Please contact Lynn Hardaway, Administrative Support Generalist, at 708-367-8345 or [email protected] to schedule an appointment for testing. See New Student Testing for more information.
