Pay Fees Online

The Crete-Monee School District utilizes an online payment program called e~Funds for Schools. This program offers various options for parents/guardians who choose to make payments online and is extremely user friendly. There is no fee for using this payment program. Not only will you have the ability to have various school fees electronically withdrawn from your checking account or charged to your credit card, you also have the flexibility to make a payment at any time through the school’s website. Account balances are updated in real-time.


The e~Funds service for paying student fees for the upcoming school year will be available July 1st.

How do I get started?
Click on the logo below to register with e~Funds for Schools. After registering, when you are asked for your “Family Number” enter the Student’s primary 10 digit home phone number in the following format (do not enter any spaces or dashes). Example: 7085551212

Recurring Payments
Through e~Funds, parents and guardians have the option to setup recurring payments to pay various school fees including meal fees. Pre-authorized payments can be set to repeat weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly and can be of any denomination. Payments can also be scheduled to stop on a specific date. Please follow the instructions below to setup recurring payments through e~Funds.

1. Click “Payment Options” - “Schedule a Pre-Authorized Payment”
2. Enter the dollar amount next to the payment item
3. Click Add
4. Select the payment frequency
5. Enter a last payment date to stop recurring payments on a specific date
6. Click OK
7. Click Continue
8. Confirm the payment information and click Submit
