Unified for Our Student Success 2024-2028 Strategic Plan

In Spring 2024, our Board of Education and Strategic Planning Workgroup embarked on a strategic planning initiative to began gathering important feedback from our stakeholders. This data would ultimately help us understand your perceptions, hopes, ideas, and needs. The result is our new comprehensive Four-Year Strategic Plan that will serve as a roadmap on our journey to fulfilling the District's mission and vision for the future!

  • Provide staff with a comprehensive wellness plan that focuses on their physical, mental, financial, and intellectual health
  • Give opportunities to students to meet with administrators and the School Board to have their voices heard
  • Create robust MTSS and PBIS systems to address the academic and social-emotional needs of all learners

Ensure Instructional Quality & Effectiveness

  • Create partnerships with external groups to create pathways for non-licensed individuals to obtain their teaching license
  • Differentiated professional development
  • Deliver a thorough onboarding, orientation, and mentoring program for all new staff members
  • Leverage best evidenced-based instructional practices

Optimize Funding & Safeguard Fiscal Responsibility and Stewardship

  • Provide transparent communication to the community regarding allocation of district funds
  • Work with community ambassadors to enhance the understanding of short- and long-term financial initiatives
  • Expose students to school finances and provide them with a voice to contribute to funding decisions
  • Provide preventative maintenance and program evaluation to demonstrate fiscal responsibility
