CLASSROOM ENVIRONMENT
Observing Ms. Birk working with her student teacher, Ms. Bailey, and their third grade class on self-reflection was a privilege. By teaching them the importance of reflecting on their progress, she gives them a valuable tool to serve them well in their future academic and personal endeavors. I was impressed by how she taught them to look at the success criteria for themselves. This critical skill will help them stay focused and motivated as they work toward their goals. Thank you, Mrs. Birk and Ms. Bailey.
