Monee Elementary went into a Hold-In-Place and Teach safety protocol at 2:55 pm and was lifted at 3:07 pm. At no time was any student or staff, other that the affected student, in any danger.
A student was suffering from a medical emergency and an ambulance was called to ensure the well-being of the student.
