What happens after I submit my application?



Applications are reviewed by the hiring manager, and selected candidates are invited to an interview. If necessary, a second interview may be scheduled.

Job Offer


The hiring manager completes a recommendation for hire and then submits it to the Department of Personnel and Culture (HR) for final approval. Once approved, HR extends a job offer to the candidate through Frontline Recruiting and Hiring via email.



An on-site fingerprint and background check appointment is scheduled with HR. Then an electronic new hire packet is generated to the new hire email address to complete.

Board Approved


All candidates must be formally approved for hire at a regularly scheduled District 201-U Board of Education meeting. Board meetings are held on the 3rd Tuesday monthly.
