Please be advised that Will County will begin a road resurfacing project on Monday, May 14, 2012. This project will affect three roads in our district and may extend travel times to and from school. These roads will not be closed; however, there may be significant delays as flaggers direct traffic around the work. The resurfacing project will affect the following district roads:

• Monee Manhattan Road between Harlem and I-57
• Will Center Road between Crete-Monee Road and Peotone/Beecher Road
• Exchange Street between 394 and the Indiana border

At this time, it is not clear which sections of the roads will be worked on and when. The resurfacing of these roads is a part of a larger construction project also beginning on May 14. It is possible that construction on some of these sections or roads may not be started until after school ends. However, please be prepared to experience long delays and use caution while traveling through construction sites.
