Delayed Communication
It is the expectation that phone call messages or e-mails should be returned the same day or if this is not possible, within 24 hours of the message.
- If you are experiencing delayed communication from school personnel please contact the person's immediate supervisor.
- At the high school please contact the office manager at 708-367-8292.
- If you are experiencing delayed communication from any district department please call the systems training supervisor at 708-367-8314.
Other Problems
From time to time you may experience a specific problem that needs resolution. If this problem concerns any employee, it is recommended that you contact the employee and attempt to resolve the problem at the level where the problem originated. If the problem cannot be resolved at the point of origination, then you should contact the immediate supervisor, manager or administrator of the department or school.
