Visitor Tracking System

                                                    INTRODUCING . . .
                                      The V-Soft Visitor Tracking System

The Crete-Monee School District Department of Student Affairs is pleased to introduce our new visitor tracking system, V-Soft. This system helps track visitors, students, faculty, contractors, and volunteers to the district, thus providing a safer, more monitored environment for students. When visitors check-in, or parents/guardians come to the facility, they will be asked to present a valid state issued ID for entering into the system. The system has the ability to provide alerts on people who may jeopardize the safety of the building. Even if known to the staff, you must adhere to this verification process on every visit.

The overall goal of this system is to increase the safety of our schools. We feel certain that this will help keep District 201-U a little safer, and ask for your cooperation in presenting your valid state issued ID when checking in at the school. Thank you in advance for your cooperation in this matter.
