School Improvement Plans
Each year, schools within Crete-Monee School District 201-U are required to submit a comprehensive School Improvement Plan (SIP) that focuses on providing all students a quality education. Each plan is developed by a steering committee comprised of a diverse group of teachers, administrators and parents. The mission, vision, and core values of the school as well as the district’s strategic plan drive the school improvement planning process. An effective SIP includes goals designed to improve student achievement and the steps necessary in accomplishing these goals. The steering committee is responsible for analyzing past data and determining and prioritizing improvement areas.
School Improvement Plans are developed in the fall of each school year. If you have questions or concerns regarding any of the district school’s improvement plans, please contact the appropriate school.
